The Best L$250 You Will Ever Spend

Today I’m writing mostly about a group gift that isn’t free. As you know, a whole lot of stores in Second Life have update groups you can join where they provide you with information about new releases, upcoming promotions and gifts etc and to date nearly all my articles have featured items from these free to join groups. Well today I’m writing about an update group that isn’t free, in fact it costs L$250 to join, payable once only – it’s for the skin store Belleza.

The skin I’m wearing today is called Ashton, the group gift comes with 20 different versions of the same skin, so you just know you’ll like at least one version. So if you ever find yourself with L$250 buring a hole in your pocket and you’re wondering whether to spend it on a cheap skin or join the Belleza store group and wait a little while for their next group gift to be posted…. well you know my recommendation.

Today Steam is wearing:
Ashton skin – pre-release group gift from Belleza (skin now on sale)
Vibrant prim eyes – group gift from A:S:S
Eddy hair – fathers day gift from Diorsis (not sure on availability)
Fortuna horn necklace – group gift from AIDORU (no longer available – new gift now instore)
Inner dragon tattoo – Silk Road hunt gift from Dragonlady’s Closet
Jeans and top – group gift from Wilson
Bracelet – group gift from GABRIEL
Sneakers – group gift from [JP] dsg.
Poses – Photos taken for free at the Free Photography Studio and Mall and edited in GIMP

Just as matter of interest, if you haven’t already, click on the above link to GIMP – it’s a free to download and use image manipulation software program, similar to Photoshop but free.

As always please do note the items featured were available at the time of writing at no cost or the cost indicated , but no warranty is given that they will continue to be so – that is totally at the discretion of the Store Owner/Designer.

Keep having fun and always remember, you don’t need to pay a fortune to look great in SL.
