The thing that really stuck out when I was finalising this outfit, was actually the backdrop I used for the photo. It is taken on one of the more basic photostands at the photography mall I always use and normally I just choose a white background. I guess because it wasn’t a location shoot (as I have been trying lately) I was interested in experimenting to see what sort of backgrounds I could find, and voila, you’ve got a 1970’s inspired grooooovy background!

Sterling Artistry is a new find for me, I came across them in one of the hunts I was doing and found the owner Silverr Andel generously provides monthly freebies including eyes, nails and brooches. I have been wearing her eyes ever since – frankly I don’t have much need for her nail manicures or brooches, but I do keep an open mind to certain things.
